At the History Behind News program, I've had the pleasure of speaking with distinguished scholars about wide-ranging history. Imagine this: speaking for an hour with an expert who has spent decades researching Brazil's history, and then the following week speaking to another expert who has spent decades researching Alzheimer's Disease. The variety of subjects we uncover makes preparation for and producing the HbN program quite difficult from the subject matter perspective. Basically, as the host and HbN's executive producer, I have to learn enough about these varying subject matters to ask the right questions, questions that engage our curiosities and entertain our intellects. So far, I've enjoyed every conversation and, based on reviews and comments, so has our audience. 

And even though at HbN we uncover the history behind many topics, we have focused and continue to bring focus to certain specific topics, which we've categorized below.
